Welcome to TaxFolion. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of our offerings including tax management services for holdings (the 'Services'), digital educational materials (the 'Info Product'), and physical items (the 'Goods').

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of our Site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Site or use the services.

2. Description of Offerings

2.1 Services: We provide tools and advisory to assist with tax obligations related to your holdings.
2.2 Info Product: We offer electronic materials designed to guide users in tax preparation processes.
2.3 Goods: We supply printed guides and related items.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Services

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if Services have not commenced. Refunds are processed to the original payment source within 7 business days. You may transfer the booked session to a future date by notifying us at least 5 days prior to the scheduled start. Services involving customized data analysis are non-refundable due to resource allocation, a condition noted in your order confirmation.

3.2 Info Product

If you request a refund within 7 days of delivery and have accessed less than 10% of the digital content, we will issue a refund to the original payment source within 5 business days. Beyond this period or usage threshold, no refunds are available.

3.3 Goods

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Workshops scheduled on demand and one-on-one consultations are non-refundable once resources have been allocated. This ensures fair availability of our consultants and preparation time.

5. Transfers and Cancellations

To transfer a booked service, notify us at least 5 days in advance. Cancelled sessions without sufficient notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
